Steve Outen
Roy Neall

Steve has lived in Woodley for over 30 years, together with his wife and three children, all of whom went to local primary and secondary schools.  He retired recently after serving as assistant head teacher and subsequently school finance manager, at a school in Hillingdon.  He served on a local school PTA for several years and also on the school’s governing body  - part of that time as Chair of Governors.  Steve also served on the governing body of the school in which he worked, as an elected staff governor.  He began his career as a P.E. teacher and hence has an interest in ensuring that Woodley has the leisure facilities that meet the residents’ needs.  In his spare time, Steve enjoys running and regularly takes part in the Woodley 10K road race.

Roy is now retired.  Most of his working life was spent in Civil Engineering and the construction industry in a variety of roles, from design to work on site, spending his later years as a self employed Quantity Surveyor. This is his second time on Woodley Town Council and, as previously, he will concentrate on the Plans and Community Services committees.  He has also represented the council on a number of charitable outside organisations.
