Sam has lived in Woodley for over 40 years and has served as a Town and Borough councillor since 1998. He is an active member of the community (having previously worked on many charitable committees) and has always spoken up for local residents on local issues such as providing the extra parking on the corner of Bruce and Wheble Drive. He wants to continue working to ensure that the Woodley Whitegates gets a fair deal from the Borough Council.
Sam Rahmouni (also Borough Councillor)
Celia is a volunteer at the Royal Berks Hospital and plays an active part in the pastoral team within her local church.  She says "I am interested in working for the community to make Woodley a safe and pleasant place for all".  Celia was a teacher at a local primary school and then at Bracknell & Wokingham College.

Malcolm has been a Wokingham Borough Councillor since 1997 and a Woodley Town Councillor for the last three years. He has lived in Earley for 35 years and is married with three daughters who all attended local schools.  Malcolm used to lecture at Bracknell & Wokingham College and this interest in education led him to become a governor of two local schools although pressure of work made him retire from these after many years.  Council work has involved helping local residents with their problems and also dealing with planning issues to try to stop over development.  He also serves on the WBC Licensing & Appeals and the Standards Committees.
